Featuring: Prosper 4 Group

Hello and welcome to my little world!
Featuring on this page today is PROSPER 4 GROUP.

Prosper 4 Group is a UK based social enterprise company dedicated in helping members of the marginalised community gain employment and stop from re-offending.

Founded by Michael Corrigan and Steve Newell, who met in HMP Brixton, Prosper 4 began as a project to find work for over 200 prisoners coming up to release. The name Prosper 4 reflects their desire to bring prosperity to a marginalised section of society: prisoners and ex-offenders.

Prosper 4 is now doing this on the ‘outside’, but with more socially significant results. Prosper 4 gives hope, practical guidance and jobs; and then stays in touch to help break the cycle of reoffending. They have developed relationships with over 50 employers who support ex-offenders, and are establishing a new way placing prisoners and ex-offenders into work.

Find them on Twitter @prosper4group

They hope to make the society safer for young children, women and the elderly.

Best of all, they are one of the few nominees for the LAMBETH BUSINESS AWARDS – Best Innovation category.

Focus On The Positive Moments Of Life… Relive Those Beautiful Moments!

Hello there, welcome to my little world.
Focus on the positive moments of life!
Relive Those Beautiful Moments.

Life is full of twists and turns. We encounter many unexpected events in our life; some of them cheerful and some of them devastating.

Some of the events are so pleasant that we cherish them for rest of our lives. They are like those beautiful flowers which we like to put in our book while turning its pages. They are like those beautiful dreams which we see with open eyes. They are like the view of a rainbow in the rainy season. They become our dearest treasure. So if we possess such a wonderful asset why not make use of it?

Why not relive those beautiful moments and let their lovely fragrance fill our dull moments? It can prove to be an amazing therapy to rejuvenate the inert period of life.

Just soak yourself, once again, in those warm memories that still make your heart skip a beat. Sit back and rest your head and play on those sequences of events which give your life a glittering touch. Visualize those pretty scenes in front of your eyes and slowly enter there to live it once again. And don’t mistake it for being nostalgic. Rather take it as a way out for busting your stress out. My Life And Personal Experiences

Welcome to my little world!

We all have our stories; intimate stories about our lives that we long to share. Stories about those things that have dearly touched us and stories about things that have cruelly torn us apart; stories about honor, stories about despair.

Our stories are about what happens to us, within us, around us. Our daily joy, grief, the silly times, the lonely times. Some of our stories are about that simple moment in our lives that change us forever. And some are about the significant moments that we wish we could do over.

We add daily to the stories we need to tell. And we let go of the ones that no longer seem meaningful enough to share. These stories we gently lay to rest.

When we listen to each other’s stories we learn about ourselves, and we learn we are not alone. Listening to another’s story, we feel united by common experiences. It is what helps us recognize the hero within and graciously receive the one standing before us.

Our stories need to be told. We search out someone to listen, someone to understand, someone to tell us their stories. This profound connection is essential to our wellness. The telling and the listening are what makes our lives authentic.

Share Your Life Experiences

Everyone has something wonderful to share. Personal stories are about lessons we have learned along the way about ourselves or others. When we share something motivational, positive, inspiring or spiritual, we help others feel connected to us.

If you believe in the goodness of people and have a motivational or inspirational story or an article that you think would fit, we invite you to send it in @ OR

Relationship Tips: Control Your Emotional Responses

Hello, welcome to my little world!
Do you sometimes have trouble controlling your emotional responses to women? You know, a woman  rejects
you or says something that makes you feel  bad, and you either shut down emotionally or  start getting nervous? If
so, you might think  that you are doing a pretty good job of hiding  it from her. But guess again…

Have you ever been able to read an emotional  response in someone even though they were trying  to hide it? If
so, take that memory and magnify  it by a factor of 10….that’s how much more  intuitive we women are than you guys are.

Considering this, don’t you think it might be a good idea to have control of your emotional  responses around women? If you’ve ever had that  mysterious moment where all the momentum seemed  to die suddenly in your interactions with women, most likely it’s because you don’t have that  control.
So what can you do about it?

First, Start With Self Awareness

Learning to control begins with understanding  your emotions. For most men, this idea is about  as
intimidating as trying to learn a foreign  language. From
early childhood, you were probably taught that  we are not to trust our emotions and that being  in touch with them is not

So building self-awareness by understanding your emotions might even be completely out of your  comfort zone. But once you accept that it is  something you have
to do in order to enjoy amazing  interactions with women, you’ll find that it’s  actually a pretty fun and
interesting challenge  to take on.

A good place to get started in building  self-awareness is by keeping a journal. Now don’t  flip out about this,
thinking that it’s something only  school girls do. Some
of the most successful people  in history were avid writers, including some of the  greatest leaders of nations and other influential  men in history.

You don’t have to spend a lot of time with this exercise, merely 15 minutes a day will do just fine.  What should you write about in your journaling?
Two Questions to Ponder…
The two most important questions you can ask  yourself about self-awareness are:
1. What am I feeling?
2. Why am I feeling it?

Most of the time, you’ll probably find yourself looking for interactions with women during the day  and asking yourself these two questions. As simple as  these sound, they will help you to understand your  emotions, which will give you a good head start.
Finally, Redirect Your Responses
The second key to controlling your emotions is learning to redirect your response to them. For  example, you might realize that you are feeling  nervous when she touches you (even in an innocent way),  and you might
realize that you are slightly uncomfortable with casual touching.
Once you realize that this is the issue, you take  a strong stance against your knee-jerk emotional  response by touching her back, or by telling yourself  that your discomfort is irrational and that you have  the power to change it. Over time, your knee-jerk  emotional response will change along with your  mindset and the actions that
you take in response  to the woman touching you.
P.S. This strategy can be applied to any circumstance  where you realize that your emotions are out of your  control
and causing you to act immature, self-conscious  or defensive.
Show women you have the strength to lead others and get the woman of your dreams.

So now you know what to do, the best way to get  started is to get started right now.

Excellent Customer Service In Business – Part 2

Hello and welcome to my little world.

As promised, here are some useful tips to help you relate well with your customers. In case you missed the first part, read it HERE and come back for the second part.

1. Love your customers as you love yourself. Loving your customer is a marketing strategy.

2. Put people first before profit

3. Treat your customers the way you would like to be treated. Matthew 7:12 “Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets”.

4. Always give your customers more attention and service than they expect to get. Ephesians 3:20 – once you give people above what they expect, they must come back. You know why Joseph became a Prime Minister? Because he gave Pharaoh more than he expected. Deliver a product to your customer earlier than they expect…he will never leave you. Hire the best hands…do excellent Job.

5. Never leave any complaint unresolved. Make efforts to resolve any complain from customers.

6. Give prompt attention to your customers. Don’t engage in conversations with your staff when your customer is waiting.

7. Keep your promises and honour your product guarantees. Never promise your customer what you cannot fulfil…you’ll lose credibility and confidence of your customers. Proverbs 22:1 “A good name is to be chosen rather than riches, loving favour rather than silver and gold”.

8. When customers return products that are not good to them, the way you laughed and smiled when they bought it, also laugh the same way when they return it.

9. Never allow your customers leave you angry or unsatisfied. Do everything you can to please your customer. Whatever you do, don’t make your customer angry. Avoid unnecessary arguments with your customers.

10. Overlook the mistakes of your customers or correct them with high level of courtesy when you cannot overlook. Proverbs 15:1 “A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger”.

11. Learn to be appreciative to your customers. Always say ‘thank you for patronising us’ or ‘thanks for visiting us’ if they did not buy. Compliment them as well.

12. Always tell your customers the truth about the quality of your product. Never tell them a lie!

Develop a good customer-friendly attitude – it is what makes the difference. Never underestimate what improper attitude can do to your business.
