Excellent Customer Service In Business

Hello and welcome to my little world!

How has it been with you? I’m currently carrying out a research…details soon.

In this post, I will be sharing with you tips for uncommon business explosion. First impression in business they say matters a lot. I’ve been to many business organisations for one reason or another, and I’m really sensitive to how they treat their clients. Many business owners seem to be more interested in the profit they make from the customers, and forget to treat these customers as kings…too bad.

Business is a purposeful and profitable activity with the intent of making profit, God wants us to make profit, genuine profit making is commended by God. Isa 48:17 Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, Who teaches you to profit, Who leads you by the way you should go. But there are somethings business owners overlook in business…. CUSTOMER SERVICE!

You may agree with me that most business owners do not care about the comfort of their customers. In any business, you need people (customers), if you do not care for them, you will lose them. Without customers you will not have a business, great customer service determines whether a customer will continue to do business with you or not.

Just as you want to be treated and celebrated anywhere you go, do so to your customers… Respect them.
Do everything you can to make your customers appreciated, acknowledged, and heard.

I will be sharing some vital hints for excellent customer service soon but, before then, let me hear from you: how bad or good have you been treated as a customer in any business organization?

Abducted Chibok Girls, How Far?

Hello and welcome to my little world.

Woke up this rainy morning, still lying on my bed facing up… I started to wonder: what would life possibly be like for those abducted Chibok school girls in Nigeria’, so I picked up my phone, with a sober heart I started typing out my thoughts mixed with my feelings.

When I was a teenager (even now that I’ve grown into a woman), I so much love cuddling up with my mother especially when it is raining and cold. Now I’m living alone away from my mother, I always wish she was around me to cook for me, wash my cloths, and do some chores for me whenever I’m tired… What about these girls that have been forcefully deprived of their mothers’ love, care, and affection? I can imagine what those abducted Chibok girls could be going through, my sincere prayer is that God should continue protecting them until they are finally released unharmed.

Before now, the sad news of the abducted Chibok school girls really demoralized and weighed me down. It seems I’m beginning to get over it (likewise many others) until this cold rainy morning that it hit me, then I realized that some girls are somewhere at this moment going through something nobody could ever explain.

It is over two months now, yet no positive news about them being released. Everybody seems to have been quiet about this since the #BringBackOurGirls campaign has done enough to force the Nigerian government to ask for foreign assistance in bringing back the girls.

Yes, US President Barack Obama responded swiftly, and in less than 72hrs the US Marines are in Nigeria (at least it was all over, in the news). The question now is, have they gone back home or are still gathering intelligence reports? I’m calling on all and sundry to please pray that God should help Nigeria in the fight against terrorism.

Fathers’ Day Love!

Hello and welcome to my little world!

Yea, today is Fathers Day 2014! Whether you are a father or not, I’m sure there’s this happy feeling about Fathers Day because we all have a father figure in our lives.

What more happy feeling can one feel than heartily wishing all dads a happy daddy’s day?
Fathers as well as mothers are priceless in every child’s life… therefore happy Fathers Day To all moms who play the role of a dad, and to all dads who play the role of a mom. We love you all!

Here’s urging you not to just show love to fathers today alone, but to always show love and have respect for them… So go out there and give them a treat! It’s their day.

I’m sure you are asking me: what are you treating your dad to?
Ok, mine is kinda different, cos my dad would rather give us (his family) treats on this day because he believes it is his day. LOL.
I’ve always promised to reciprocate the care in like manner, but he passed on… So I’m adopting a father to give a treat in my own little way.

It doesn’t matter whether you are like me, I’m sure there is a father figure in your life right now. Just adopt him as your father and give him a treat. Whatever you do always remember what the Holy Scripture says about honouring your father and your mother for it is the commandment with a promise.

Now, what are you treating your father to or what have you treated him to? Please pardon my over usage of the word ‘treat’.

Friendship Experiences In Life

Hello and welcome to my little world!
This is my very first post on this blog. I hope you enjoy your stay here. I’m not promising much as I can’t do it all by my self but with total support from readers as you. Here’s thanking you for finding time to visit and read my post, I appreciate it so much. Thank you once again, and have a nice time reading.

I wish to start my very first post on FRIENDSHIP because I value friendship so much, I also love connecting with new friends online… Now, take a deep breathe, sit back, and relax as we explore together what friendship is all about. You will be able to decipher whether you are genuine friend or just a friend to someone, and also if they are to you.

Not having people around you who genuinely share in your joy, and give you a shoulder to cry on can be really heartbreaking, and more heartbreaking is when you have trains of people around you but they do not help build your self esteem. This can be likened to being alone in a crowed. Read on to know who a REAL FRIEND is…

A simple can stand by you when you are right, But a Friend will stand by you even when you are wrong. A simple friend identifies himself when he calls. A real friend doesn’t have to. A simple friend opens a conversation With a full news bulletin on his life. A real friend says, “What’s new with you?

A simple friend thinks the problems you whine about are recent. A real friend says, “You’ve been whining about the same thing for 14 years. Get off your duff and do something about it.” A simple friend has never seen you cry. A real friend has shoulders soggy from your tears.

A simple friend doesn’t know your parents’ first names. A real friend has their phone numbers in his address book. A simple friend brings a bottle of wine to your party. A real friend comes early to help you cook And stays late to help you clean.

A simple friend hates it when you call after he has gone to bed. A real friend asks you why you took so long to call. A simple friend seeks to talk with you about your problems. A real friend seeks to help you with your problems. A simple friend wonders about your romantic history. A real friend could blackmail you with it.

A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest. A real friend opens your refrigerator and helps himself. A simple friend thinks the friendship is over When you have an argument. A real friend knows that it’s not a friendship until after You’ve had a fight.

A simple friend expects you to always be there for them. A real friend expects to always be there for you!

*Hmmmm! Friends are indeed priceless. Do you have a REAL or SIMPLE friend? Let’s share what their qualities are.*
